As a corporate citizen in the South African context, Clicks Group Limited recognizes its responsibility to empower and support the communities within which it operates through its corporate social investment (CSI) initiatives.
What is CSI?
Corporate Social Investment refers to the way in which organisations invest in and care for the wellbeing of the social and ecological environment of the communities in which they operate. This form of investment allows a company to take on an identity in terms of exercising accountable business practices. As a corporate citizen, this CSI identity is used to indicate the contribution that the company is making towards sustainable global wellbeing. The returns on this form of investment are long term and can be seen in communities that have acquired skills from corporate enterprises to further sustain their people.
